It has been a while since I had any post put up, blame it on the potty training happening, finally after weeks of trail and error (read as cleaning and changing) I finally have some time to put one up. I have a few, but I'm going to start with my favourite, Asian Styled pork spare ribs. It was yummy, juicy and goes well with veggie noodles. But you could serve it with sides of your choice like mash or something else.
Cooking has become a challenge with the potty training happening so I love any oven friendly recipe to get the work done and place dinner on the table. When I came across this recipe I couldn't wait to give it a go and so when the bub closed her eyes for a nap I got to work....

If you give this a try, let me know how it turns out.... Bon appetite!
